She has been an advanced practice nurse anesthetist for over 15 years and has brought her extensive knowledge of medicine and anatomy to her aesthetics practice. Theresa is an experienced and highly sought after advanced practice nurse anesthetist injector and co-owner of Awaken Aesthetics. She is known for a gentle touch, artistic eye, and unwavering commitment to safety. With over 20 years of experience in the medical field, Theresa has mastered the balance between science and artistry- creating natural, elegant results that enhance each client's unique beauty without ever appearing overdone.

Theresa has trained all over the country under expert injectors and provides trainings herself. Dedication to always furthering knowledge in the newest techniques and helping to build a safe and educated injecting community is Theresa’s greatest aesthetic passion.

Kelly’s passion for helping people feel their best is the very reason why she chose nursing as her profession. Kelly graduated from Oakland Community College with an Associate in Nursing in 2002 then attended the Wayne State University to obtain her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. In 2008 She finished her Masters in Science with Anesthesia specialization at the University of Detroit Mercy. Kelly works at University of Michigan Medical Center and has over 20 years of collective experience working in various departments such as Emergency department, ICU and Education. She became interested in aesthetics as a way to use her medical knowledge to help improve client’s self-image. She opened Rogue Beauty in 2020 and joined Awaken Aesthetics in 2023. Katie is Awaken Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner who sees all our clients first to go over their medical history and assess their concerns. Katie is also a Graduate of the University of Michigan and a skilled aesthetic injector.

Karen is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. After a 29 year career of safely making people feel good in all surgical settings is now following her passion to make people look good. Karen has a BSN from MSU. In 1991 she received her Masters of Science in Anesthesia from University of Detroit Mercy. Karen has had and continues to have a very fulfilling career at several area hospitals and outpatients. Most recently at UM Hospital.

With over 15 years of experience in healthcare and 4 years dedicated to aesthetic medicine, Michelle brings both expertise and artistry to her role as a nurse injector. Her deep knowledge of patient care, combined with a passion for skincare and facial aesthetics, allows her to deliver safe, natural-looking results tailored to each client’s goals.

Michelle’s approach is centered on enhancing confidence through subtle, balanced treatments that highlight natural beauty. With a keen eye for detail and a genuine love for helping others feel their best, she has built a trusted reputation in the aesthetics community.

When she’s not in the treatment room, Michelle is always expanding her knowledge of the latest advancements in skincare and injectables, ensuring her clients receive the highest level of care and the most up-to-date techniques.
